Welcome to M Schuck Homes & Construction Ltd., a Campbell River based certified residential builder with over 10 years of experience building custom homes for local families. Our company started as spec house builders, and now we specialize in completely custom residential builds and renovations, along with shops and additions, foundations, framing, siding, building envelopes, and finishing.

Our main priority is to build trusted relationships with all of our clients. We believe that a satisfied customer is the best business strategy, and work hard to maintain relationships in the community with our clients and industry peers. We are easy to work with and provide a smooth and easygoing process from start to finish, providing our customers with outstanding workmanship and memorable service.

We have a tight knit and longstanding crew of sub-trades, creating a well oiled construction machine and one big family. We understand the importance of working efficiently together to ensure every residential project is completed on time and on budget.

As a BC Certified Residential Builder, we carry Pacific Home Warranty for new home builds and are registered with BC Housing.
